regulates the practice of Home Inspectors and must certify all home inspectors who provide services in Arizona. The certification
process can take up to 3 months and requires at least 80 hours of accredited education, the passing of the National
Home Inspector Examination, evidence of 30 Parallel Inspections, submission of a completed inspection report, application
fees, proof of insurance or bonding.
