The Certified Home Inspectors and Administrative Staff at Adept
Home Inspection, Inc. have provided Home Inspection Reports of residential and commercial properties to over 5500
clients. Our goal is to provide an unbiased, objective evaluation with a focus on Home Awareness, Home Safety
and Home Assurance for your major investment.
Established in 1996 by George Acuna, owner and
primary inspector, we remain family owned, serving the city of Phoenix and its surrounding communities. George brings a
20 year history of experience within the Construction industry, primarily of single family homes, prior
to becoming a Certified Home Inspector for the last 12 years. He has personally mentored several Certified Home Inspectors
who are now independently established in the trade. We have another long list of individuals who have
come to us for their Parallel Inspections (required by the State of Arizona) for application to the trade.
Adept Home
Inspection, Inc. is a Registered Firm with the Arizona State Board of Technical Registration, and our inspectors
are each designated as a Registered Professional Home Inspector. We are proud to adhere to the Standards
of Professional Practice for Arizona Home Inspectors. Our Professional Liability Insurance limit is $1,000,000.00
and includes coverage for referring agents.
